Will every item look exactly like it does on the website?

It won't but that’s the beauty of the process. Due to the nature of hand-building and the techniques means that each and every piece is unique, and designs, colours, and the contrast of tones and patterns may vary from each other.

Can I return my item?

We can accept the return of items if you have notified us within 14 days please email us at hello@henryhollandstudio.com 

Can I return my order?

Faulty or Damaged Items
If any of the item(s) in your order are faulty or damaged, then please contact us HERE within 48 hrs of your order being delivered. Please see more information on returns and refunds

Unwanted Items
We do not currently offer free-of-charge returns for unwanted items, please find out more info HERE

Can I specify a delivery slot?

We do not currently offer customers the ability to specify a delivery time slot for small items and Tableware. 

If you are placing an order for a larger item (lighting, mirrors, furniture) we will deliver with a courier on a day and time slot that works for you. 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with items missing?

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, then please contact us HERE within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

If some items in my order are delayed - will I receive my other items in the meantime?

We will despatch all items in your order at the same time. This may result in a delay to the delivery of your overall order due to some items being pre-order or made-to-order. If you require something for your order immediately then delivery will have to be made separately, and you may incur an additional delivery charge.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We try to ship all orders out on the same day or if ordered over a weekend the next working day. All UK orders are shipped using a 24-hour tracked and signed service. International orders are shipped using either DPD or DHL and are an express 5–7 day service.

For pre-order items – We quote 2-3 weeks lead time as we’re always making them so the item will be ready fairly quickly.

For lamps and mirrors, we quote 10-14 weeks, but we will always endeavour to meet that deadline if not before.

Should anything happen, that might cause any delays we will let you know.

Are the pieces dishwasher-safe?

Unfortunately due to our pieces being made from Earthenware clay, they are not dishwasher safe, and we recommend washing them by hand.

All of the pieces are dinnerware-safe or food-safe. The pieces are hand built and are delicate so we cannot guarantee them to be dishwasher-safe due to the nature of the techniques we use. 

How can I place a large order like a full dinner set?

Do you have a physical store where I can see the pieces?

We don't currently have a physical store but work with a select number of retailers where you might be able to find the piece you'd like to see.

How do I get my 10% discount for registering as a customer?

Thank you for shopping with us! The 10% discount code is offered for your first order with us. You'll be emailed a code to apply at checkout when shopping with us, you can sign up for our newsletter on our website.

Is the personal information I share with Henry Holland Studio safe?

It’s our priority as a business to protect our customer’s personal information online. All customer database is stored within UK regulated GDPR guidelines and used fairly, lawfully and transparently.

The product I’m interested in is sold out, when will it come back in stock?

We aim to keep all products in stock as much as possible, however, sometimes items sell out. You now can buy out-of-stock items with a 2-3 lead time but if you don’t see what you want, or we don’t have the qtys in-stock please email us HERE and let us know what you’d like as we’d make most likely be able to make it for you.

 Is Henry Holland Studio committed to sustainability?

At Henry holland Studio we believe in working towards a sustainable future; our products and the way our team works are the focus point of that aim.

All of our products are handmade in London and we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing as much material from within the UK as possible.

To ship our orders we work with DPD who share our commitment to sustainable delivery with carbon-neutral shipping. In the studio, our team has a recycling system to reuse and repurpose wholesale and storage boxes.
